A personal, single-user health and fitness app.
Hygeia is a private application built and run by one person, for that person's own use. It is not distributed, not available for public sign-up, and has no other users.
Hygeia reads the owner's own body composition, heart rate, sleep, and activity data from the Google Health API, using Google's standard OAuth sign-in. It uses this data to generate the owner's own workout and meal plans. It does not request access to any other person's data.
Data retrieved from the Google Health API is stored locally in a SQLite database on the owner's own hardware. It is never shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party, and is never used for advertising. Only the app's owner can access it.
